Jewelry by Carolyn is handcrafted art jewelry — woven, braided, formed, forged, soldered and beaded pieces with unique, hand selected stones meld with metals — elegant, easy to wear and an exceptional value. A common design element woven through the collection is special attention to detail.
My jewelry is a classic, distinctive design—most are one of a kind. My craftsmanship and customized, handcrafted decorative elements—embellished clasps, charms, and connectors—give each piece unique dimension.
When ordering art jewelry, you will receive the same unique design, but not always the exact piece as pictured. Please allow for minor differences as each piece is handmade.
I have been creating jewelry since 2009. My work is constantly evolving and add fresh new techniques in design and metalsmithing. I create some of my jewelry in the silversmith shop in Tucson, AZ and learn new techniques from nationally renowned artists teaching at the Tucson Gem & Mineral show.
Locally, I am active at the Columbus Cultural Arts Center and participate in local juried art and craft shows. I also sell my jewelry in Uptown Westerville at The Ohio Art Market and the Columbus Cultural Art Center. My favorites are creating custom order pieces; and teaching classes in chainmaille and metal wire-wrapping.
My husband, Brad, and I reside in Mt. Air, Ohio (Columbus). In our winters, we retreat and refresh in Tucson, Arizona enjoying the easy, outdoor lifestyle.
